Will I feel comfortable at camp with TS? Bottom line… YES! We have chosen a venue that can support most all the unique needs of individuals with TS. All staff, ranging from the camp staff to the kitchen staff have been educated and trained on what it means to have TS. Additionally, you will be surrounded by others that share and support what you are going through. There is never any judgment about having TS and it is truly an environment where you can be yourself, regardless of what that looks, feels, or sounds like. We have been successful in creating the ultimate caring and supportive environment, and we are proud of that! Check out some testimonial letters from our very first camp from parents that attended.
I have special food requirements. Can you accommodate that? Yes, the dining facilities at our camp location are wonderfully accommodating to our group. As long as your special needs are communicated prior to your arrival (on the camp application forms), we will be able to accommodate you. The dining experience is a special time during camp where you share stories, get to know other campers and enjoy delicious meals! Food is always available and other than the three main meals, we will provide snacks and plenty of water throughout the day!
